Ani has a habit of looking closely at things. She enjoys the strategic side of creative work as much as the visual one: understanding the context, asking questions, making connections and noticing the small things that can get overlooked once a project is moving fast. She has a particular tendency to think in parallels and analogies, often finding unexpected connections that open up less obvious creative paths. Her work spans art direction, graphic design, visual identities and content, often moving between thinking through an idea and figuring out exactly how to make it work.
She studied Design at ESPM Rio, but her visual education goes well beyond design itself. She loves cinema, photography and editorial culture, and is equally drawn to urban culture and the ways people build their own forms of expression, whether individually or collectively. She is curious about what images can say about the people, places and cultures that produce them.
