Talento Mais is a podcast by Condé+ that brings founder Carol Condé into intimate conversations with the agency’s talents, exploring their stories, creative processes and a more personal side of the people behind the work.
I created the visual identity taking cues from the interview format itself, with classic interviewer cards as the starting point. Bold typography, a striking red and black palette and angled compositions bring a playful edge to the system, reflecting the podcast’s idea of looking at its guests from a different, more personal angle.
The system extends across episode covers, social content and digital applications, keeping a strong visual signature while leaving room for each conversation to feel unique.
